Hỏi về thông báo lỗi khi chạy Python

Trong python khi em chạy

Bạn cài python trên windows thì nên dùng lệnh sau:
D:sqlmap_directory python_directory sqlmap.py -u "target url"

các câu lệnh sau cũng theo cấu trúc
D:sqlmap_directory python_directory sqlmap.py -u ..... ạ??

Em đem cái câu hướng dẫn làm câu lệnh chạy luôn thế là sai, em cd vào thư mục chứ file sqlmap.exe rùi mới chạy lênh.
